Exekuce -spravedlnost nebo super byznys ?
Tady se v médiích neustále probírá jak dlužníci převádí svůj majetek a snaží se vyhnout splácení dluhů a ,,chudáci exekutoři“ s tím mají práci .
Ale tady přece nejde o to jestli dlužník chce splatit svůj dluh /1000 Kč/ ale o to obrovské navýšení dluhu ! Pokud si přečtete smlouvu s exekutorem,zjistíte že pokud majetek dlužníka nestačí na pokrytí dluhu,všechno jde nejprve exekutorovi a až potom věřiteli ! To znamená že nejdříve zaplatíte přemrštěné nároky /zisk/exekutora a zbytek jde věřiteli!
To že pro své zisky /jsou to až 1000 násobky/ udělá vše a naše lichvářské zákony mu to umožňují.
Myslím si,že každý normální občan by své dluhy splatil ale není schopen platit lichvářské úroky a nemorální ohodnocení soukromých exekutorů !?
